Mortgage Operations Manager oversees all mortgage lending operations, including verifying property appraisals, marketing loan products, and loan processing. Being a Mortgage Operations Manager monitors the productivity and budgetary performance of the operations department and develops new procedures to improve processes. Acts as a resource for knowledge on mortgage lending operations and trains and educates personnel on new or changing regulations or procedures. Job Category Retail Position Summary Combining your in-depth automotive repair knowledge with your exceptional people skills, you'll manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and customers. You'll also select, coach, lead, train and supervise vehicle technicians while assisting with the purchase of parts, materials and equipment.
