Job Summary

Plans, directs, or coordinates activities of the loan department to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Manages all aspects of loan operations and support staff, including document processing, disbursement, and servicing for commercial and real estate lending.

General Accountabilities

•Maintains knowledge of all current regulatory issues and proposals.

•Ensures company policies are accurate, current and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

•Reviews and updates policies as laws change.

•Must understand commercial and real estate loan processing/credit administration procedures.

•Must have knowledge of Reg. Z (Truth in Lending Act), Reg. B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Customer Information Program (CIP) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).

•Interprets and communicates information on regulatory matters.

•Communicates current regulatory issues to management and recommends course of action.

•May assist with regulatory and compliance training, as necessary.

•Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

•Will assist in all 3rd party Audits and FDIC exams.

Job Qualifications

•Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

•Experience: Two to three years of related experience. Must have Fiserv and LaserPro experience.
