LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Location: 119 N. Cushman Street (Fairbanks, AK)

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE

JOB OVERVIEW This position performs a variety of duties related to servicing of Mortgage, Consumer, Construction, and Commercial loans. Duties also include contract collections and/or insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in loan servicing/processing, banking and/or a professional office setting required. Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with computer programs and common office equipment.
• Ability to accurately and consistently apply knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to loan servicing.
• Must have attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
