We are hiring an Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join the #1 Team In San Bernardino.

*(7 Years of Mortgage Loan Processing experience is required.)

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSORS:

• Work hard & intelligent every day.
• Work files thoroughly.
• Follow our proven process and model.
• Manage incoming new escrows.
• Manage communication and documentation by using our CRM & Technology platforms.
• Communicate with clients and collect documents within 48 hours.
• Act as an intermediary between the buyer, loan officers, and lenders.
• Provide world-class customer service to buyers, homeowners, and loan officers.
• Consistently send updates to buyers, homeowners, and loan officers.
• Be fast and proactive at achieving daily goals.
• Always looking for opportunities to improve the process.
• Must be organized and pay attention to details.
• Meet timelines while following guidelines.
• Excellent phone communication skills.

MUST BE TECHNICALLY INCLINED & READY TO LEARN.

We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications:

• Full-Time Only
• YOU MUST BE WILLING TO GO THROUGH OUR TRAINING.
• Have a GREAT technical background (Online / Mobile)
• Familiarity with local lenders.
• Willingness to learn the CELER MORTGAGE process.
• Always display a positive attitude, and be an excellent communicator.
• Must be a fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels.
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
