Reconciles additions and disbursements of escrow accounts, processes payoffs, and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness. Being a Mortgage Loan Servicing Clerk, Sr. requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.
Incumbent can be located within the Northwest Arkansas or Little Rock Arkansas area.

Summary:
SUMMARY: The Mortgage Servicing Correspondence Specialist addresses correspondence matters for the mortgage servicing departments. The associate works closely with all mortgage servicing areas to prepare written documentation concerning customer requests or complaints within established timelines. The Mortgage Servicing Correspondence Specialist will work toward fulfilling the response to the customer’s request.
