Mortgage Loan Servicing Clerk performs administrative tasks to support the mortgage loan servicing group. Reconciles additions and disbursements of escrow accounts, processes payoffs, and reviews documents for accuracy and completeness. Being a Mortgage Loan Servicing Clerk requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Mortgage Loan Servicing Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Qualifications
- 2 Years' Mortgage Origination Experience Required.
- Remote position - requires secure, reliable, high-speed internet connection
- No part-timers. Must have ambition and go-getter outlook on life and career.
- Self-sufficient.
- Team Player.
- Must have NMLS license. Please provide NMLS # when applying.
- Minimum current production of one loan per month - self generated.
Pay Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
