Mortgage Loan Processing Supervisor jobs in West Des Moines, IA

The Production Supervisor-Closing prepares and delivers loan closing packages for IBMC's Full Service and Alliance Departments in compliance with investor and secondary market guidelines. Leads IBMC's Closing Team including Post Closing Support staff in various job duties assigned by Vice President of Loan Production.

Essential Duties include:

• Ensures compliance with governmental guidelines as outlined by internal Quality Control/Compliance and outside investors. Stays updated to changes in programs/product guidelines through education provided by IBMC or outside vendors.
• Processes Loan Closing Documents for Conventional, FHA, VA, Rual Development and various housing agencies through LOS systems, analyses documents, runs applicable AUS system, reviews file for accuracy and needed documentation before closing. Works with parties associated with the closing process. Provides accurate closing disclosures to borrower(s) and banker(s). Maintains up to date file conditions and responsibilities.
• Maintains and provides assistance to bankers and borrowers with questions through daily interaction via telephone calls and emails.
• Supervises Loan Closers and Post Closing staff in various daily, weekly and monthly duties. Provides support where needed insuring all tasks are completed in a timely basis.
