We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our great team!

Job Expectations:

· Active involvement in hands on supervision. Provide direction for developing and maintaining high performance production teams.

· Provide or delegate training to all employees on current and/or new policies and procedures.

· Monitor production and quality standards throughout the shift. Follow up with team on KPIs and team goals.

· Ensure all aspects of the safety are being followed by all employees.

· Communicate regularly with employees, identify coaching opportunities and engage employees to improve performance

· Serve as a change agent for continuous improvement initiatives

· Troubleshoot machine issues and work with other departments to resolve issues as quickly as possible

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

· Steel Processing experience is preferred

· Critical and proactive thinking skills

· Excellent written and communication skills

· Professional, interpersonal, organizational, and good communication skills

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
