Mortgage Loan Processing Supervisor jobs in Maryland

• Homespire Mortgage is looking for experienced loan processor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have mortgage loan processing experience, works well in a team environment and can handle a steady workload. Self -driven individual
• Processor will be responsible for accurately managing loan documentation through established system and reviewing documentation to ensure it complies with current regulations and policies.
• Managing daily pipeline to ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met.
• Evaluating the integrity of the credit documents to confirm they reconcile to the initial loan application and current program guidelines.
• Strong communication with Loan officer, Loan officer assistant, borrower, title company and agents.
• Consolidating information from banks, appraisal/title companies and related organization to prepare loan documents for underwriter to review.
• Ensure all underwriting conditions are satisfied
• Identifies and resolves escalated issues immediately providing excellent customer service
• Continuing knowledge of industry practice and standards.
• Experience with Encompass
• Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
• In office position
• Bi-Lingual preferred (Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
