Compensation:

Commission based

Responsibilities:

· Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals

· Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them

· Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business

· Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction

Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations

· Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required

· Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry

· Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required

· $500K minimum average monthly loan origination in the past 12 months

Pay: $20,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
