Mortgage Loan Processing Supervisor jobs in Cleveland, OH

Social Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Loan Originator to join our dynamic team. As a Loan Originator, you will be responsible for generating new mortgage business, guiding clients through the loan application process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. Leads are provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a strong network of referral sources, including real estate agents, builders, and financial professionals

2. Generate new mortgage leads through various marketing channels and networking events

3. Conduct initial client consultations to assess their financial needs and goals

4. Educate clients on various mortgage products and assist them in selecting the most suitable option

5. Gather and review loan application documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy

6. Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure timely and efficient loan closings

7. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and company policies

8. Maintain a high level of client service and professionalism throughout the loan process

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan origination or sales

2. Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulations

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and mortgage-related software

6. Valid NMLS license
