Mortgage Loan Funding Manager jobs in New Mexico
Mortgage Loan Funding Manager manages a team that ensures mortgage loans are processed, filed, and disbursed accordingly. Evaluates files for accuracy and completion. Being a Mortgage Loan Funding Manager develops procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Monitors funding operations and provides recommendations for improvement to top management. Additionally, Mortgage Loan Funding Manager requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Mortgage Loan Funding Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Mortgage Loan Funding Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Qualifications
- Must have NMLS license. MUST provide NMLS # when applying.
- 2 Years' Mortgage Origination Experience Required.
- Remote position - requires secure, reliable, high-speed internet connection
- No part-timers. Must have ambition and go-getter outlook on life and career.
- Self-sufficient.
- Team Player.
- Minimum current production of one loan per month - self generated.
Pay Range: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
