Your responsibilities will include confirming and adding necessary information required by the courts, examining documents for accuracy, calculating recording fees, and electronically filing recordings through Simplifile as needed. No specific licensing is required—just a commitment to recording documents accurately all day, every day.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging between $45,000 to $55,000 annually.
