    Description

    Summary

    The Loan Funding Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and funding all new loans. These transactions are time sensitive and must be processed with accuracy and efficiency. Types of loans funded will be commercial, real estate, agricultural, consumer, indirect and fresh start.

    Essential Duties

    1. Reviewing the Loan Funding Worksheet to ensure calculations are accurate.
    2. Ensuring the worksheet is complete.
    3. Reviewing the note and other documents for proper signatures.
    4. Preparing and processing all online funding entries, including GL entries, deposits, cashiers checks and wire transfers.
    5. Uploading the loan to the Silverlake System.
    6. Documenting and recording online funding entries.
    7. Answering questions, resolving problems, and responding to requests for funding promptly and courteously.
    8. Maintaining work area in a clean, neat and professional manner.
    9. Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
    10. Participating in training sessions as required by supervisor.
