- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry to generate new business opportunities

- Strong knowledge of bank lending products and services
- Experience in loan processing and origination
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws
- Proven track record in financial sales and meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
- Understanding of mortgage servicing procedures
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable loan terms for clients
- Proficiency in using loan origination software (e.g., Quicken)
- Accurate 10-key typing skills to efficiently process loan applications
