GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Mortgage Loan Originator identifies the mortgage needs of our members and borrowers and recommends appropriate financial solutions according to Arkansas Federal Credit Union's standards of excellence. This position requires one to complete mortgage loan applications face-to-face and via phone, as well as evaluate applications from the Arkansas Federal website. The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for tailoring services to meet the individual needs of each borrower and escorting them through process to closing.
