The Mortgage Origination Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the mortgage origination team, ensure quality loan origination, train, and provide ongoing training. Manage all aspects of HAPO Mortgage related sales efforts, while meeting or exceeding personal mortgage loan production goals and objectives. Is responsible for generating new mortgage business by building an ongoing mortgage referral network and developing relationships within the real estate community, including realtors, builders, and developers. Annual Salary: This is an exempt position. Base Salary is DOE and ranges from $85,942.69 – 107,428.46 Commission
