    Key Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Continually seek opportunities to increase production, enhance the CCM brand, and bolster the company's reputation in the local market.
    • Lead, manage, and train loan officers, providing essential support to employees within the region.
    • Monitor branch productivity and performance, reporting to the executive team as required.
    • Recruit new loan officers, participate in branch manager calls, and engage in sales and marketing training.
    • Explore innovative marketing and prospecting methods to reach potential clients and referral partners.
    • Ensure origination activities comply with federal and state laws, maintaining zero tolerance for fraud and upholding CCM standards within the region.
    • Build strong relationships with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community to attract new business.
    • Manage customer interactions for seamless transactions with borrowers ensuring the highest level of service throughout their mortgage journey.
    • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them

    Competencies:

    • Strong Leadership Capabilities
    • Strong understanding of company loan policies and guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
    • Excellent customer/interpersonal service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work in a time-sensitive work environment to ensure strict time restrictions are met
    • Maintain an active MLO license with the NMLS and state. Follow all requirements of the SAFE Act.

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in the Retail Mortgage Industry
