True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Mortgage Credit Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - 2-3 years of financial services experience in a call center
- 2-3 years of consumer lending experience – mortgage and small business lending experience a plus
- Great interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Ability to navigate internal web based applications
- Ability to perform simple math such as interest calculations, percentages, multiplication and division
- Strong TEAM player
The Full-Time Contact Center Manager reports to the SVP of Retail Branch Operations.
Requirements:- Education Requirements: College graduate or equivalent work experience.
