Mortgage Credit Manager manages a group of mortgage credit supervisors and monitors application procedures to ensure assignments meet established processes/standards. Oversees analysis of current, new and renewed residential loans. Being a Mortgage Credit Manager provides recommendations for improvement to top management. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Mortgage Credit Manager typically reports to head of a unit/department. The Mortgage Credit Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Mortgage Credit Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. In this role, you will be responsible for generating your own loans and being the first point of contact for loan officers when help is needed.
X2 Mortgage is licensed in AZ,CA,TX,CO and FL (and adding more!). We're growing each month and need someone to streamline the production part of the business.
This is a fully commission position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
