Gathers necessary credit, income, and tax information to conduct financial assessments. Being a Mortgage Credit Analyst reviews and verifies property appraisals, collateral value, and key indicators such as debt-to-income and loan-to-value ratios. Prepares a detailed credit analysis and summary using underwriting guidelines, risk assessment frameworks, and following applicable regulatory compliance. Additionally, Mortgage Credit Analyst may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Mortgage Credit Analyst work is closely managed. The Technical Analyst will identify areas of mission performance that can be improved through the application of unique software tools and by working closely with software development teammates to craft innovative solutions. Additional duties and responsibilities will include guiding mission personnel with technical support, executing user testing of mission-oriented software tools, and authoring and clearly presenting briefings and analysis products or results to senior customer leadership and end-users.

The annual pay range for the Technical Analyst position is $170,000 to $200,000.
The posted pay range values provide the candidate with guidance on annual base compensation for the position, at a full time level of effort, exclusive of overtime, bonus, and benefits-related compensation, over a range of qualifications that may fit hiring objectives.
