Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or computer science preferred.
• Ability to use web based programs to identify areas of risk.
• Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
• Prior experience at a mortgage or financial company is preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth background checks, including criminal analysis;
• Analyze financial statements;
• Provide management with detailed reports of findings and recommendations regarding financial and background research;
• Recommend changes and modifications to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving industry standards;
• Maintain up to date knowledge about legal, compliance, and market-risk-related issues;
• Collaborate with other departments and employees on projects;
• Provide clients with systems training;
• Assist clients with troubleshooting systems issues;
• Provide customer service through telephone, email, and live chat communication;
• Other duties as assigned.
