Additionally, Mortgage Collector requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Well established downtown Spokane company has hired Aspen Personnel Service to help them find a professional and personable collection specialist to join their team.
Job duties to include inbound and outbound collection calls on select accounts, problem solving, negotiating payment plans, and processing payments/credit cards.
Job requirements include basic computer skills, and excellent verbal/phone skills. The idea candidate will be a self motivated problem solver who loves to help people. 1-2 years collection experience a plus.
Full Time: M-F 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour plus commissionMost people make and additional $200 - $500 per month in bonus/commissions
