We are an expanding Creditor's Rights Law firm representing some of the largest U.S. banks in AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MA, OR, UT, TX, and WA. We are currently in search of motivated individuals to join our high performing, customer-service oriented Collection Team.

General Duties

• Primarily answer in-bound calls from consumers that received paperwork from our Firm
• Place friendly out-bound reminder calls
• Accurately update our database to reflect the current state of the account in detail
• Remain compliant with all applicable policies and procedures set by the company and our clients, as well as adhere to applicable laws (e.g. FDCPA & Reg F, TCPA, etc.)
• Return calls to consumers in a timely fashion
• Remain professional and respectful with consumers at all times

Compensation, Benefits & Other

• Base pay $17/hour tiered bonus structure, where you earn a greater percentage of what you collect, the more you collect
• Bonuses are highly lucrative and attainable
• Bonuses have no limit
• Medical, dental and vision are offered at 60 days employment
• Paid time off and holiday pay begin at 90 days

Schedule

• Full-time
• Consistent, set schedule
• Monday - Friday only
• Standard Office Hours; shifts are within 7 am - 6 pm

• We will provide comprehensive on-the-job training to the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
