THE COLLECTION | Seeking Full Time Residential Specialists/Security Guard

The Collection is a luxury condominium located in Kakaako. We envision a community that offers an inspiring lifestyle, quality of life, and one of the most desirable places to live and work in Kaka’ako.

Work Hours: 11PM-7AM. Days off vary.

Job Qualifications Include (but not limited to):

· Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a related field. (Not required. Willing to train)

· Strong observational and communication skills.

· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

· Knowledge of basic security and safety procedures.

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor and address security concerns.
• Enforce access control measures to ensure only authorized individuals enter the facility.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, utilizing sound judgment and following established protocols.
• Maintain a visible and authoritative presence to deter unauthorized activities.
• Complete thorough and accurate incident reports, documenting any security-related issues.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Hawaii Security Guard License.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Up to $18.00 / hour – commensurate with experience.

· 10 Paid Holidays

· Paid Vacation: After 1 year of service, 10 days, After 3 years of service, 15 days

· Paid Sick Leave – hours to be determined
