Being a Mortgage Collection Manager evaluates delinquent loans and determines foreclosure status. May assist in developing strategies to limit foreclosures, repossessions, etc. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Mortgage Collection Manager typically reports to a director. The Mortgage Collection Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Job Summary:
Responsible for collecting payments for the Servicing division along with general servicing duties. This includes communication with our borrowers in a collection call center environment along with office admin/clerical duties.
