Overview

The Spa Manager assists the Director responsible for the overall daily operational function and management of the Spa. These responsibilities include but are not limited to direct personnel management, departmental budget/forecasting, property/asset management and ensures compliance of regulatory matters specific to the Spa. The Spa Manager demonstrates motivational leadership throughout the Spa and Hotel to maximize guest and team satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisory position in a spa or related field.• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.• Time management and negotiation skills.• Ability to manage and lead each department independently.• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.• Read, write and speak English fluently.• Computer experience required.• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others
