Mortgage Collection Manager jobs in Arizona
Mortgage Collection Manager manages a team of collectors and supervisors who limit collection portfolio losses and delinquencies. Trains and staffs collection associate team. Being a Mortgage Collection Manager evaluates delinquent loans and determines foreclosure status. May assist in developing strategies to limit foreclosures, repossessions, etc. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Mortgage Collection Manager typically reports to a director. The Mortgage Collection Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Mortgage Collection Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. In this role, you will be responsible for generating your own loans and being the first point of contact for loan officers when help is needed.
X2 Mortgage is licensed in AZ,CA,TX,CO and FL (and adding more!). We're growing each month and need someone to streamline the production part of the business.
This is a fully commission position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
