We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Cuzzies Pizzeria. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
- Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing dough
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Pizza Cook or in a busy kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare high-quality pizzas
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
- Experience using Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
