Daily duties of a paraprofessional include:

• Provide one-on-one student support (under direction of teacher)
• Deliver small group instruction (under direction of teacher)
• Provide playground and lunch supervision
• Complete classroom setup activities prior to student arrival
• Complete other activities as directed by the classroom teacher

Compensation:

• 201 work days per year; 6.5 hours per day (total of 1306.5 work hours per year)
• $16,985 per year or the equivalent of $13.00 per hour
• Annual seniority raises in each of your first five years of employment.

• 5 paid personal days

Two work shifts are available: 7:15 am to 2:15 pm or 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Mon-Fri

We require a H.S Diploma or GED. A criminal background check is also required by Ohio and federal law.
