Role Description

This part-time role is an on-site job located in Peoria, AZ. As a Fit Model (Woman Apparel), you will work closely with the Designers and Technical Team to provide feedback on clothing fit, comfort, and size. You will wear prototypes to evaluate their fit, drape, and visual appeal, serving as a live mannequin to facilitate necessary adjustments and ensure our standards for comfort and style are met.

Your feedback will be critical in assisting our customers with an exceptional shopping experience for women's garments.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide feedback on fit, comfort, and size of women's garments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with Designers and Technical teams.
• Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule to work on an as-needed basis for fittings, usually occurring during the daytime hours.
• Previous experience as a Fit Model is preferred but not required.

Selection Criteria:

All candidates’ measurements will be taken for this position.

Candidates are selected based on specific body measurements to align with our garment specifications. This role is pivotal to product development and excludes public-facing modeling or photography.

Job Type: Hourly as needed.

Pay: $100.00 - $ 135.00 per hour

Schedule: 2–3-hour shift per week or biweekly
