EG4 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of both back-end and front-end solutions for our product. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, expertise in both back-end and front-end technologies, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend and frontend applications using best practices and modern technologies.

• Architect, build, and maintain RESTful APIs to support various functionalities and integrations.

• Implement efficient and secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Optimize application performance and reliability through code optimizations, caching strategies, and other techniques.

• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, identify and fix bugs, and ensure software quality.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks, track progress, and deliver solutions on time.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve software development processes and techniques.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on both backend and frontend technologies.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

• Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, or similar frameworks.

• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

• Hands-on experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and related patterns.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

• Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities.

• Certifications related to software development or cloud technologies.
