Job Description* Complete mobile check deposit review
* Complete quarterly audits for quality assurance
* Complete compliance hold review
* Place or revise holds to reduce the exposure of risk to the bank
* Initiate internal account closings
* Communicate via phone, email and/or letters with other bank employees, financial institutions, account holders, and/or makers
* Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the Deposit Processing and Reporting guidelines and assigned approval limits
* Provide branch assistance
* Other duties as assignedPosition level will be dependent upon external and internal experiencePhysical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery

Requirements* At least 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Capable of meeting deadlines
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good written and communication skills
* Comfortable in a repetitive environment
* Banking/Support Operations experience is preferred
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
