Mobile Applications Developer, Sr. is responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining mobile applications. Troubleshoots system problems and issues and looks for ways to improve the application. Being a Mobile Applications Developer, Sr. may require a bachelor's degree. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., iOS, Android etc.). Additionally, Mobile Applications Developer, Sr. typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Mobile Applications Developer, Sr. typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· (50%) Application development and support/maintenance of Logistics & Fulfillment Systems (includes Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Labor Management and Fulfillment Automation applications) for changes and/or implementation.
· (10%) In process analytical activities including as-is process identification, to-be process design, impact analysis, and gap analysis/resolution. Documents requirements gathering sessions with functional process owners and users.
· (10%) Works with IT ticketing system for Break/Fix incidents
· (5%) Monitors application change requests and meets with change control board on a weekly basis.
· (5%) Establishes strong working relationships with client groups and provides direction using a collaborative approach to solve business process issues.
· (5%) Translates requirements into functional/system specifications and detailed program specifications.
· (5%) Application testing solutions, training users, providing post-implementation support.
· (5%) Sound technical background to manage integration of servers, devices, computers, and peripherals that are part of the Logistics and Fulfillment ecosystem.
· (5%) Analyze system performance and suggest or make improvements where applicable
Education and Experience Profile
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
· 5 years or longer experience in Information Systems as a business systems analyst with a technical background.
· 3 years or longer experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Management and related core processes.
· 3 years or longer application development experience primarily on Oracle and SQL platforms.
· Creative and collaborative mindset to resolve problems that are technical and/or functional.
Required Skills
· Development experience in MS SQL, T-SQL, JAVA, Power BI.
· Strong experience working with Oracle and SQL Server databases highly preferred.
· Ability to analyze and troubleshoot the inoperability layers between WMS, ERP and other ancillary systems
· Understanding of Logistics and Fulfillment Systems (Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Labor Management).
· Experience working in a large warehouse environment.
· Strong communication skills; Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships.
· Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
· Action oriented; taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
· Desire to learn best practices and new technologies.

Work Environment:
· Hybrid working environment – On premise at Edgerton, KS distribution facility for at least 3 days a week.
