    We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and customer-focused sales associate to join the Mobile Addiction team!
    The Sales Associate is a tech savvy and friendly, driven individual who expertly uses sales techniques to guide customers toward their phone and accessory needs.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Consult with new and existing customers in order to determine their wireless service needs.
    • Maintain integrity of store operating procedures to include: opening, closing, inventory, point of sale paperwork/record keeping, cash management, maintaining store standards/appearance in merchandising, backroom, restroom and work area.
    • Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas. Identify and implement developmental plans based on company and individual needs by establishing coaching methodologies to fit the individual and their unique opportunities and also supporting tangible performance improvements throughout the organization.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Handles all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
    • Any other assigned duties for store or market goals as outlined by the District Manager, Store Manager or Sales Lead.
    • Directly responsible for ensuring sales accuracy of daily cash drawer and sales accuracy with customers.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred)
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Highly organized, multitask skills and attention to detail are a must.
    • Strong verbal and communication skills.
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
    • Available for a flexible retail work schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
