Mixer operates and tends machines that mix materials or ingredients used for production processes or manually mix ingredients. Loads materials into mixing equipment and ensures results comply with specified batch requirements. Being a Mixer may utilize tools, devices or heavy equipment to move materials from inventory to production area. Documents operational information as required. Additionally, Mixer cleans and sanitizes processing equipment, tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps. Follows hazardous material handling and personal protective equipment requirements, if applicable. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Jersey Shore CML is currently hiring for a Production Line Yeast Mixer to join our central manufacturing facility. Please note, this is not a remote position.

As Production Line Yeast Mixer you will be expected to mix and prepare dough to make donuts, that you will put into a machine that you will need to operate and maintain throughout production. This machine needs to be monitored and maintained to make sure its producing company standard product. You are also expected but not limited to making munchkins, coffee rolls and apple fritters. This method you will need to be able to hand roll, knead, and season to be prepared to go into the yeast line machine to get finished off.
