Mixer jobs in Monterey, CA

Looking for a reliable morning shift person who will work quickly and independently, is comfortable handling multiple recipes and ingredients, and is interested in moving up positions to shift lead quickly. Primary responsibility is for mixing doughs and frostings. Morning shift is from 7am to noon or 1pm. Must be able to work most days of the week, including Friday and Saturday. Sunday always off. Possibility for full-time and quick promotion within store.

START DATE FOR THIS POSITION IS IMMEDIATELY

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, and other equipment to make cookie dough and frostings within time metrics
• Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls
• Assist the balling team in balling dough and bagging frostings
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation, and ensuring all dishes and equipment is cleaned and sanitized
• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service when necessary

Requirements:

• Pleasant interactive skills, time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Responsive to coaching and correction
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods
• Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Morning availability on most days including Friday and Saturday
• Must be able to lift heavy mixing bowls to wash and sanitize them

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
