Mixer jobs in Maine

If you are a bread lover and want to get your hands in the dough this job is for you! Seeking full-time early morning mixer to work 4-5 shifts per week that may include weekends. Shifts begin at 3 am and are usually 8 hours. Essential to have reliable transportation and be punctual for this start time.

Commercial scratch baking background preferred but will train someone with food prep experience. Our focus is whole wheat products made from organic flour that we mill each day in the bakery. You will have the opportunity to create a wide variety of products from cinnamon rolls and cookies to loaf breads and baguettes. In addition, you will be trained to mix bread doughs, sweets and fillings. You must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a production environment while maintaining high quality standards. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
