We are looking for an experienced Marketing team member who will work with management and members of the sales team to make and maintain campaigns. They will be responsible for helping grow our brand, promoting our services, and expanding our sales audience. • Familiarity with content management systems, webpage analytics, customer relationship management and other relevant software

Responsibilities

• Set specific marketing goals
• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
• Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
• Analyze sales and marketing metrics
• Forecast market trends
• Research market to identify new opportunities
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
• Address advertising needs
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
• Consult with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
• Establish a strong, long-term web presence

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media)
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
• Understanding of web design
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite and/or Canva
• Experience flying a drone would be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
