Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced MDS Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for our patients. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of medical documentation, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
