This position is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager with all the daily studio operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains high customer service standards, Maintains CMM product knowledge to best assist and advise customers, Maintains CMM technique knowledge to best assist customers, Maintains CMM pricing knowledge to best assist customers, Promotes CMM events and parties, Handles customers' pick up, Maintains constant cleanliness of the studio to preserve CMM's image and brand, Reports defective items to the Studio Manager (Burned-out lightbulbs, etc, ...), Answers phone and records and reports message to the Studio Manager or Department Manager Performs Opening and Closing tasks, Performs sales transactions, Ad-hoc requests as needed.
