Job Overview:

Lapp Millwright, a leading provider of dust, smoke, and fume collection solutions based in Lebanon, PA, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Installation Foreman to join our team. As an Installation Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation of industrial ventilation systems at client sites. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Duties:

• Supervise and lead installation teams to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of project plans
• Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and resource needs
• Oversee the setup of equipment, machinery, and components according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify work quality, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with project requirements
• Provide technical guidance and training to installation team members as needed
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to provide updates and address any concerns
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work hours, materials used, and any issues encountered
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the installation process
• Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may arise during installation, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
• Assist in the commissioning and testing of installed systems to ensure proper functionality and performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction, manufacturing, or related industry
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including piping, ductwork, and equipment installation
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with diverse teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Experience working with hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery, in a construction or industrial setting
• Prior experience with HVAC, dust collection, or similar systems is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
