Additionally, Middle Market Lending Specialist keeps abreast of lending products, services, and policies. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Middle Market Lending Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Duties and Responsibilities: - Support Core classes in an inclusion and/or co-teaching model - Provide direct instruction in small groups - Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized goals and the maintenance of special education paperwork - Consult, collaborate, and coordinate with team members regarding services - Consult with team members on curriculum modifications and accommodations based on learning needs - Provide staff with resources, tools, and in-class recommendations related to students’ needs - Provide consultative services to parents, teachers, and other educational personnel - Responsible for coordination of home and school communication regarding educational programing when appropriate - Ensure accurate data collection and analysis - Collaborate and communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary team in development of student programming Qualifications & Skills: Required - Certified as Special Education Teacher (1900) - Three or more years experience in a similar role - Strong knowledge of Special Education Law - Experience in a middle school Preferred - Knowledge and experience in a Mutli-Tier System of Support - Knowledge and experience in Standards Based Grading - Experience in a co-teaching model - Experience providing instruction to all ranges of learners, including intervention, special education services, and extended learning
