Part Time (28 hours per week)

Schedule: Mon-Thurs

Position to start Monday May 13th.

About the Position:

• In this role you will be
• Entering AP invoices
• Auditing AP vendor statements
• Auditing department weekly invoice submissions (margin sheets)
• Processing vendor payments
• Assisting with the daily management of AP ACH drafts and submissions
• Maintaining AP filing system
• Entering monthly AR invoices into QuickBooks
• Managing monthly charge account invoicing
• Processing AR payments
• Ordering office supplies,
• Assisting with misc. admin reports and data entry
• Processing the mail daily
• Assisting the Office Manager and admin team as needed.

• QuickBooks and/or relevant accounting software experience
• Ability to sit and/or stand in a stationary manner for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to provide and receive feedback to grow and develop you and your team.
• Ability to work independently.
• Vision Corrected to 20/20.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Quickbooks.
• Operate (at minimum) the following equipment in a correct manner: phone and intercom system, personal computer, 10-key calculator.
