This Analyst will be working in the Tract Project Management (TPM) group which is part of New Development Planning and Project Management in Central Design. Tract Project Management’s primary focus is working with residential developers on new residential communities. Tract Project Management also helps manage Commercial Applicant Design projects.
This position works in support of Tract Project Managers. As a team, the Project Manager and Analyst work on and guide residential and commercial applicant design project through the IPSEC (Initiate, Plan, Schedule, Execute, and Close). This position will work in Design Manager (DM) and Project Tracker to enter data and information and to check on status of projects. Typical job duties include project submittal review, milestone report review and analyzing trends and areas where projects are behind schedule, an understanding of the meter set process to insure that proper customer requirements are complete prior to meter being set, scheduling work orders to District or Regions crews as directed by Project Manager, review of performance reports to insure work expectations are being achieved, review of inactive work orders with Project Manager and insuring proper closing out or cancelling of work orders.
