Job Overview: Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of high pressure steam boilers. Provides direction to a team of three Maintenance Technicians. Develops, implements, and performs preventative building and equipment maintenance processes to ensure safe and efficient operations. Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical systems and equipment a failure maintenance and repairs to ensure continuous uninterrupted operations. Establishes and maintains open communication with internal partners including operations staff and external partners including vendors and contractors.
