EP Wealth Advisors is hiring for a Mergers and Acquisition Associate. The M&A Associate will provide sourcing and business development on the M&A team. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering excellent organizational, and communication skills. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion and Connection.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 plus competitive annual bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identifying and sourcing new acquisition targets for EPWA.
• Manage outreach to RIA firms across multiple geographies.
• Creating sales funnels and pipelines and building relationships with prospective targets
• Planning and coordinating initial calls and meetings with Senior Leaders at EPWA
• Proficiency with CRM
• Other transaction and team responsibilities as assigned.

• 2-4 years working experience in a (outbound) business development role; (a plus if within the Financial Services industry)
• Proven success in business development results
• Experience with RIAs and Financial Advisors preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in CRM, PowerPoint, MS Office
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Excellent sales capabilities and communication skills
