SAIC is looking for a Senior Program Analyst with demonstrated subject matter expertise in the federal government acquisition processes and practices to provide dedicated Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Nuclear Enterprise Directorate, Defense Nuclear Weapons School. The Program Analyst provides program planning and execution advice and assistance support to the Defense Nuclear Weapons School. This position is onsite and the work will be performed at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM.
This position oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing acquisitions and serves as liaison between government program management and planning, and project execution. Reviews status of acquisitions and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving. Responsible for ensuring project requirements and responsibilities are being accomplished, including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility into project execution.
