The position is primarily remote with occasional meetings required in our UTC office.
Real estate and sales experience not necessary but helpful.

Compensation:
$125,000 - $200,000 Commissions Only
Responsibilities:
- Develop and service leads provided, internally, and by referral partners.
- Manage a personal property acquisition pipeline.
- Property analysis to achieve company financial objectives through comparable analysis, physical inspection, and renovation planning for ROI.
- Whatever else it takes to achieve our mutual goals!
Qualifications:
- Prior property acquisition experience is not required but general residential real estate experience is a big plus.
- Must live in San Diego County and be willing to drive a lot.
- This is a virtual position, but it also requires a lot of time in the car driving to properties daily.
- Must have a reliable laptop computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet place for focused work at home.
- Must be tech-savvy, good with software platforms and spreadsheets.
