  • As a Senior Knowledge Analyst (SKA) within BCG's Transactions & Integrations (T&I) practice, you will work in a growing global team, providing quantitative and qualitative insights and expertise on Transactions/M&A and Corporate Finance as well as Integrations/PMI and Separations/Carve-out topics. You will be working with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver expert advisory, analyses, and customized knowledge assets.

    As part of the T&I topic team, you will also contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and managing content on internal BCG websites, ensuring availability of latest, high-quality content. Additionally, you will support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Transactions & Integrations business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analyses to marketing efforts. Further, you will assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

    • Applying topic specific expertise when contributing to building and deploying analysis/products/tools/data, taking different client contexts into account

    • Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working

    • Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely

    • Communicating with case teams and clients' team members in a credible and confident way

    • Navigating complexity and ambiguity

    • 1-2 years of consulting experience in relevant topics (Transactions/M&A, Corporate Finance or similar topics) required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred
    • In lieu of consulting experience, 2 years minimum industry experience required; 3-6 years of industry experience strongly preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
    • Fluency in English; German and/or other languages are beneficial
    • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
